FEES

• Conference registration – Academic (lecturer-researcher or practitioner): €380 excl. VAT / €418 incl. VAT (10% VAT)
  Conference registration – Student / PhD student: €190 excl. VAT / €209 incl. VAT (10% VAT)

Conference registration includes welcome materials and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and the gala evening.

 For presenters, conference registration and payment of the registration fee are essential for papers to be included in the programme.

In the case of a paper with multiple authors, at least one author must be registered. Only authors who are duly registered for the conference and have paid the registration fee will be able to participate.

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration is available online via AZUR-COLLOQUE.
Three payment methods are exclusively available:

By credit card:
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We recommend that you have your credit card to hand when you register.

By purchase order:
If you choose this payment method, a quote will be generated automatically once you have completed your registration on AZUR-COLLOQUE so that you can draw up your purchase order.

To obtain a purchase order, please contact, where applicable, the finance department of your university, institution or research laboratory, which will process the request. Please include the following on the purchase order: Registration fees for the AIRMAP 2026 conference

The purchase order must be sent by email before the event to the following address: fabienne.paul@univ-amu.fr 

By bank transfer:
A copy of the transfer order must be sent by email to the same address: fabienne.paul@univ-amu.fr
